On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the archdiocese will host a Pilgrimage, Mass and Celebration of the Holy Jubilee at the St. John Paul II Shrine and at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Today is Catholic Advocacy Day, a day when Catholics across the State of Maryland contact their state legislators to advocate on critical issues impacting our churches, school, families, and communities. Parishioners can participate in the online event organized by the Maryland Catholic Conference.
Parishioners are encouraged to read a recent letter from the Holy Father to the United States Conference on Catholic Bishops regarding immigration in the United States.
Parishioners are needed to join Deacon Oscar and members of the Parish Council in determining additional activities that will provide our parish community with regular opportunities to feed the hungry right here in our parish and the surrounding community of Silver Spring.
