Our Blessed Mother Mary asked that we pray the Rosary daily when she appeared to the three shepherd children at Fatima.  The Rosary has been described as a powerful spiritual weapon.  The Pontiffs and Saints have commended the benefits of the Rosary to the Church.  Praying as a community is especially beneficial, and Saint Louis Marie de Montfort described such group prayer as "more formidable" even than praying individually.
